TUDOR Pelagos
Named after the ancient Greek word for ‘open or deep sea,’ the TUDOR Pelagos is considered one of the best modern diving watches in the world. The Pelagos made its debut in the same year as the iconic Black Bay, marking a pivotal moment for TUDOR with the simultaneous release of two exceptional dive watches, each with its own defining characteristics.

While the vintage-inspired Black Bay was created for lovers of traditional dive watches, the TUDOR Pelagos offers a fresh perspective aimed at a younger, more dynamic audience. With its cleaner and more contemporary aesthetic, the Pelagos breaks away from convention.
Available in two striking colorways—matte blue and black—TUDOR Pelagos watches captivate with understated elegance and timeless appeal. TUDOR’s signature “snowflake” hands adorn the dial, providing a distinctive touch that ensures optimal legibility in underwater conditions.
Your Ultimate Dive Companion
If you’re planning to buy TUDOR Pelagos, you’ll be pleased to know that it’s equipped with all the things a standard dive watch needs: a water resistance of 500 meters, a unidirectional bezel, waterproof case, high contrast dial, and luminous markers. It has a helium escape valve—a crucial component that automatically releases helium build-up within the case during extreme depths, to protect the watch from extreme water pressure.

The core TUDOR Pelagos comes at a 42mm size – the ideal sweet spot offering ample size to be read easily in underwater conditions without adding any unnecessary bulkiness to the wrist. The case and band of the TUDOR Pelagos watches are made from titanium, which is five times stronger than stainless steel. The unidirectional bezel is also made from titanium with a ceramic insert.
The TUDOR Pelagos also comes with TUDOR’s patented micro-adjust fastener, which automatically adjusts during the dive, contracting at greater depths and expanding as the diver returns to the surface. It’s available in either a black or blue dial color and features the brand’s iconic snowflake hands and angular hour markers—a nod to the watch’s maritime heritage.
Powering the TUDOR Pelagos is the COSC-certified MT5612. With a remarkable power reserve of 70 hours, the Pelagos can be taken off on Friday evening and worn again on Monday morning without needing to wind it. In addition to its hour, minute, and central second functions, the Pelagos also features a convenient date display at 3 o’clock.

TUDOR Pelagos LHD
In 2016, TUDOR introduced a new addition to the Pelagos lineup—the Pelagos LHD (Left-Hand Drive). One of the most noticeable differences in the LHD model is the placement of the crown, which has been strategically relocated from the traditional right side of the case to the left to cater to left-handed divers.

In 2021, TUDOR unveiled the Pelagos FXD, a collaboration with Marine Nationale (French Navy). Nicknamed “FXD” for its fixed strap bars, these FXD watches pay homage to the rich maritime heritage shared between TUDOR and the French Navy. The TUDOR Pelagos FXD stands out with its signature one-piece fabric strap, a distinctive feature that underscores its military-inspired design and rugged functionality.
TUDOR Pelagos 39mm
TUDOR has been embracing smaller case sizes in recent years. In keeping with the exceedingly popular Black Bay Fifty-Eight, it debuted a trimmed-down TUDOR Pelagos 39mm case that debuted in 2022. The smaller size means several changes were made to the design of the TUDOR Pelagos. Gone are the helium escape valve and date complication, resulting in a cleaner and more minimalist dial aesthetic. It also features a different movement than the other Pelagos with the caliber MT5400.
