Shipping within the United States

Zadok Jewelers is proud to offer Complimentary 2nd day shipping on all orders over $300. On most orders over $1000, Complimentary Overnight Shipping will be used. Shipping arrival dates will be set for Tuesday through Friday, and in-stock items ship within 1-2 business days. In the event of a return or exchange, a shipping charge will be deducted from your credit which varies based on the value of your order.

International Shipping

Zadok Jewelers is only able to ship to addresses outside the United States on a case-by-case basis. If you would like to have an order shipped to an international destination, please email or call our web concierge for eligibility and further assistance: (713) 434-6750 or

Shipping to an address other than your billing address

We understand jewelry is often purchased as a surprise, and we will happily ship to a different address than the billing address associated with your credit card. However, to do so for all orders over $500, we must ask that you have your alternative shipping address(es) on file with your credit card company so that we can verify that your order is a purchase authorized by you. To add an address with your credit card company, simply call the number on the back of your card and tell them you would like to add an alternative shipping address to your account.

Online Return Policy

14-Day Full Refund or Exchange / Store Credit (minus shipping) on *eligible items from Refunds will be returned in the original method of payment – excluding cash. Items purchased in cash will be refunded by check. If your item was shipped, the original shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.

Items purchased in December will be allowed to return or exchange through January 10th. Items traded in to Zadok Jewelers and credited towards your purchase are not able to be directly returned to you during any period. In the event you request a return or exchange, you will receive store credit to use towards an exchange or future purchase.

In-Store Purchase Policy

14-Day Exchange or Store Credit (minus shipping) on *eligible items purchased in store. If your item was shipped, the original shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.

Easy Return Process

The return and exchange period begins on the date the item arrives at your destination or picked up in store. If you elect to delay your shipment, your Sales Consultant will alert you if this will be deducted from the return/exchange period. Returns made in store are usually completed the same day, usually within 15 minutes, unless the item was purchased in cash.

To begin a return from items purchased on, email to request your RA# (Return Authorization Number), return shipping instructions, and a shipping label. Your item will be thoroughly inspected under camera by specially trained staff which may take 1-3 business days. Upon passing inspection, your return will be processed and a refund issued within 10 business days. Refunds will be made by the original method of payment, excluding cash purchases. Cash purchases will be refunded by check.

Eligible Items

*Eligible products are new or pre-owned regularly priced items sold without modifications such as ring sizing or engraving, and are returned in the condition they were sold in with all included boxes and certificates. For watches, this means the watch, strap, or bracelet show no signs of being worn. Links taken out of the watch bracelet must be returned to receive full credit. Items purchased on sale or otherwise discounted are only available for exchange or store credit. Special orders, custom items, eternity rings, and loose diamonds sourced specially for you, are not eligible for return or exchange. Your sales consultant will advise you of your return privileges during the ordering process, including any applicable restocking charges. Items received as a gift are only eligible for exchange or store credit
