Be confident in your purchase.

Your jewelry appraisal is a document that details the approximate retail replacement value of the purchased item.

Appraisal documents are typically required by insurance companies to insure jewelry and watches.

Zadok Jewelers provides complimentary insurance appraisals for items purchased both in-store and online. We also provide appraisals for items not purchased in our store for $155 for the first item and $125 for every additional item. All appraisals are performed by a GIA Graduate Gemologist with experience in appraising jewelry and watches.

Financing is available for both online and in-store customers.

Online customers are offered Affirm, and details are available at checkout for terms up to 36 months. Zadok is happy to offer in-store customers several different plans through Wells Fargo.

Layaway options

Zadok Jewelers is happy to offer a three to six month layaway program. A minimum deposit of 30% of the value of the item is required to secure your purchase. Please note that any item that is not in stock, or needs to be special-ordered, will not be ordered until 50% of the value of the item has been paid. Should the price of the item increase during the layaway period, the price on the date of the first payment will be honored.
If the layaway item is not paid in full by the end of the six month period, the item will be returned to stock and the deposit will be forfeited.

Our process is simple and private.

We staff experienced horologists and GIA–certified appraisers (Gemological Institute of America), who will evaluate your items carefully—the process typically requires no more than an hour. If we make you an offer, you’ll leave our store with a check in hand or a new piece you choose to purchase.
