1. Sponsor. The Zadok 1976 Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Zadok Jewelers, 1801 Post Oak Blvd, Houston, TX 77056 (“Sponsor”). Participating restaurants are not sponsors of this Giveaway and are not responsible for its administration.
2. Eligibility. Open to legal residents of Texas who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and of participating restaurants, their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses), and people living in the same household as those employees are not eligible.
3. Entry Period. The Giveaway begins at 12:00 a.m. Central Time on November 6, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. Central Time on November 30, 2026 (“Entry Period”). Sponsor’s clock is the official timekeeper.
4. How to Enter. There are two ways to submit a standard entry.

   Restaurant entry: Order a Zadok 1976 cocktail or mocktail at a participating restaurant, scan the QR code provided, and complete the online entry form. A list of participating restaurants is available at the end of these rules.

   No purchase entry: Visit the customer service desk at Zadok Jewelers in Houston (1801 Post Oak Blvd) or Austin (11501 Century Oaks Terrace) during regular business hours, scan the QR code, and complete the online entry form.

   Both methods carry equal weight in the drawing. Limit one (1) standard entry per person for the entire Entry Period, regardless of entry method.

   Bonus entry: Any person who has submitted a standard entry, by either method, may earn one (1) bonus entry by posting an Instagram Story during the Entry Period that includes #Zadok1976 and tags @zadokjewelers. The Story does not need to show a purchase; any photo or video related to Zadok Jewelers or its 50th anniversary qualifies. The Instagram handle used must match the handle provided on the entrant’s entry form, and Sponsor must be able to view the tag before the Story expires. Limit one (1) bonus entry per person, for a maximum of two (2) entries per person.

   Additional entries beyond these limits will be disqualified. Entries must be complete and submitted within the Entry Period. Sponsor is not responsible for incomplete, late, or misdirected entries.

5. Prize. One (1) winner will receive a 50-diamond white gold tennis bracelet, 5 total carat weight (approximate retail value: $13,000). The prize is not transferable, and no cash or other substitution is allowed. Winner is responsible for all applicable taxes and will be asked to complete a Form W-9 before receiving the prize. Zadok will issue a Form 1099 for the prize’s retail value.
6. Winner Selection and Odds. The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about December 1, 2026. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner Notification. The potential winner will be notified by email using the information provided on the entry form. The potential winner must respond within seven (7) days of the first notification attempt. They may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where lawful) Publicity Release within 7 days of receipt. If the potential winner cannot be reached, does not respond in time, is found ineligible, or does not return required documents, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. The prize must be picked up in person at Zadok Jewelers in Houston or Austin with valid government-issued photo ID.
8. Publicity. Except where prohibited by law, accepting the prize gives Sponsor permission to use the winner’s name, city, likeness, and statements for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation.
9. General Conditions. By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules, and to cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s control affects its integrity.
10. Limitation of Liability. By entering, participants release Sponsor, participating restaurants, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from any liability for injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation in the Giveaway or from acceptance, possession, or use of the prize. Please enjoy alcoholic beverages responsibly.
11. Privacy and Email List. By entering, participants agree to be added to the Zadok Jewelers email list to receive news, events, and offers from Zadok Jewelers. Participants may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Information collected through entry will also be used to administer the Giveaway and as described in Sponsor’s privacy policy at zadok.com/policies/privacy-policy. Sponsor will not sell or share entrant information with participating restaurants or other third parties for their own marketing purposes.
12. Social Media. This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or Meta.
13. Governing Law. This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
