Before any timepiece is approved and published for sale, it is tested to assure that it is in perfect working condition, then thoroughly cleaned and polished by our master watchmaker. Any pre-owned timepiece that is not functioning perfectly is sent to the brand for a complete service and polish.
Timepiece polishing/refurbishing at Zadok Jewelers is performed on-site to the same standards and specifications as factory (brand) polishing in a three-step process: scratch-removal, medium finish & final polish. The results of our craftsmen are stunning.
