TUDOR’s Latest & Greatest: 3 of the Best New Watches

TUDOR is having a banner year so far – recently the brand has moved out of Rolex’s facility and established its own production facility in Le Locle, nestled in the Swiss Jura mountains. Aside from this, the brand also came up with new releases in the latest edition of Watches and Wonders. It’s an exciting time to be a watch enthusiast, even more so if you’re an avid TUDOR fan. Let’s explore three standout offerings from the TUDOR new releases.

Black Bay Monochrome

The latest addition to TUDOR’s iconic Black Bay collection is the Black Bay Monochrome. This 41mm watch comes with a sleeker, thinner profile, complemented by a unidirectional black bezel. The monochromatic look is achieved by a subtly domed satin radial-brushed black dial, applied rhodium-plated hour markers, and a second hand with a lollipop design. Like the others before it, the new TUDOR Black Bay in monochrome features snowflake hands coated with Super-LumiNova for optimal visibility in low-light conditions.

The watch is powered by an in-house MT5602-U caliber, and has been certified by the COSC and achieved a Master Chronometer certification from METAS. With a generous 70-hour power reserve and a water resistance of up to 200 meters, this watch is ready to accompany you on any adventure. The Black Bay Monochrome can be worn on three different ways: a 3-link rivet-style steel bracelet, a 5-link Jubilee-style steel bracelet, or a rubber strap, all equipped with TUDOR’s “T-fit” rapid adjustment clasp which makes for a great fit, even on the fly.

Black Bay 58 GMT

The Black Bay 58 GMT is the brand’s answer to watch enthusiasts clamoring for a smaller Black Bay GMT. With a modest 39mm diameter case, the Black Bay 58 GMT features a bidirectional bezel in burgundy and black, with a gilt 24-hour scale. Just like the other Black Bays, its black domed dial features snowflake hands coated in Super-LumiNova, guaranteeing clear visibility in any lighting condition. And with a water resistance of up to 200 meters, it’s ready to accompany you on your adventure, from water sports to air travel.

The new TUDOR GMT watch is powered by the MT5450-U caliber, which has been certified by both COSC and METAS as a Master Chronometer. The in-house Kenissi movement has a silicon hairspring and a 65-hour power reserve. It can be worn with either a steel bracelet or a rubber strap featuring TUDOR’s T-Fit system.

Black Bay 58 18k

The Black Bay 58 18k is TUDOR’s first diving watch made from 18k yellow gold. The radiant warmth of the yellow gold is accentuated by the golden green color of this watch’s dial and bezel. The unidirectional rotatable bezel is also made of gold, with a 60-minute disc insert in matte green anodized aluminum.

For those who love to see a horological marvel in play, the transparent case back offers a glimpse into the heart of the watch. The latest Black Bay 58 is powered by an in-house and COSC-certified MT5400 caliber with a power reserve of approximately 70 hours. And with a waterproof rating of up to 200 meters, you can use it for your underwater adventures. The newest watch in the Black Bay lineup is accompanied by a solid yellow gold 3-link bracelet featuring Tudor’s T-fit rapid adjustment system.

The new TUDOR watches are a clear representation of the brand’s commitment to innovation, incorporating luxurious materials, complications, and new design tweaks to what is already a fine collection. With these releases, can only wonder what TUDOR still has in store for the future. Watch this space as we offer you the latest updates on your favorite luxury watch brands.
